Till gårdagens middag gjorde jag enkla små frallor, på bakpulver! Så smidigt om tiden och orken är knapp. Eller om du helt enkel glömt bort att köpa jäst.
Jag valde att ha i phildadelphiaost och lite mindre margarin i degen, de blev jättesaftiga! Vill man ha ett lite grövre bröd går det bra att byta ut några dl vetemjöl mot graham. Eftersom dessa små bullar inte behöver jäsa är de perfekt att göra en ledig helgmorgon!
Bakpulverfrallor:
8 dl mjöl
3 tsk bakpulver
½ tsk salt
1 msk honung
50 g margarin
50 g philadelphiaost
3 dl mjölk
ev vallmofrön till dekorering.
Blanda alla torra ingredienser i en skål. Tillsätt margarin och philadelphiaost. Ha sedan i mjölk och honung. Arbetadegen smidig.
Dela i tio lika stora delar och rulla till bollar, lägg på en bakpappersklädd plåt. Strö ev lite valmofrön över. Grädda i 200 grader i ca 10-15 minuter.

Hej! Jag testade att göra dessa bullar men är ovan att baka bullar med bakpulver. Bullarna blev lite döbakade. Vad gjorde jag för fel? Knådade för lite?
