Ikväll tog vi och åt Sverigefavoriten, korv alltså. Kvällen till ära blev det melkers choritzofalu som skivades ned i stroganoffen. Självklart går det lika bra med en korv som inte har lika mycket smak, krydda bara såsen lite extra!
Vi serverade heldinkel till, istället för det vanliga riset.
Såsen innehåller inget mjöl och passar därför bra att göra om man vill dra ner lite på kolhydraterna!
Korvstroganoff 4 pers:
1/3 falukorvsring
1 gul lök
3 dl mjölk
200 g philadelphiaost
paprikapulver
oregano
salt & peppar
Finhacka löken och stek den mjuk i en het panna. Skiva ner korven och låt den fräsa med ett par minuter. Krydda med paprikapulver, oregano, salt och peppar. Slå över mjölken och ha i osten. Låt detta koka på medelhög värme till såsen tjocknat. Smaka ev av med lite chili om du vill ha lite extra sting på såsen!

trevligt med philadelphiaost i, det var nått nytt. måste testas. det har man ju ändå alltid hemma ifall/när man får lust att göra cupcakes.
Låter spännande med en kryddig korv, det har jag aldrig provat. Men lär göra det nu.
