Vilken härlig dag det har varit! Centimeter efter centimeter av snö har försvunnit från det tjocka lager som täcker hela vår trädgård. Efter södersidan på huset syns till och med gräsmattan och om man tittar riktigt noga kommer det upp små blad från de lökar som ligger i marken och gror! Hur härligt är inte det! Trappen är nu vårstädad och vi intog en kopp kaffe där i eftermiddagssolen, underbart!
I veckan gjorde jag denna busenkla gorgonzolapasta som var lika god dagen efter i matlåda som den var nylagad till middag. Jag älskar snabba pastasåser och tycker man om gorgonzola gör denna dig ej besviken. Ibland tycker jag dock dessa gräddiga såser kan bli lite för ”tunga” i smaken, då brukar jag pressa i lite citronsaft eller något annat surt för att balansera smakerna bättre, det blir verkligen stor skillnad och det är något jag kan rekommendera varmt att prova!
Gorgonzolapasta med kyckling 4 port:
3 st kycklingfiléer
2 gula lökar
2 dl grädde
1 dl mjölk
150 g gorgonzola
saft från 1/2 citron
salt & peppar
1/2 ask körsbärstomater
färsk persilja
pasta
Börja med att koka upp pastavatten och lägg i pastan.
Skär undertiden kycklingen i småbitar, stek dem tills de är helt klara. Tag ur dem ur stekpannan och låt dem vila medan du skalar löken och skivar den. Stek löken i en klick smör tills den är gyllene. Lägg i kycklingen och slå över grädde och mjölk. Låt detta koka tills såsen tjocknar något. Skär gorgonzolan i småbitar och lägg i dem i såsen. Låt småkoka tills osten smält helt. Smaka av med citronsaft, salt och peppar. Läg i tomaterna och låt dem koka med ett par minuter. Strö massor av färsk persilja över och servera till pastan.
Pajformar kan man använda till mycket, här har jag använt min stora, turkosa form från Casual Living att servera pastan i.

Vad underbart det lät att man kan se gräsmattan, hör uppe i norr är det ett tag kvar, fast å andra sidan är det nu som man kan åka ut med skoter och pimpla eller bara ligga och slappa i en snödriva..

Gorgonzola passar ju riktigt bra ihop med pasta. Den här rätten känns väldigt fräsch så det blir nog till att lagas någon dag framöver.
