Här har vi haft lite påskledigt. Ledigheten började med en brakmiddag på fredagen och avslutades med finfika på måndagen. Vi har precis som vanligt ätit oss igenom denna högtid.
Jag vet inte hur ni känner, men efter storhelger som dessa känner man sig ganska.. mätt!! Då blir jag sugen på enkel vardagsmat. Mat man slänger ihop på en kvart och som inte gör dig så proppmätt att du måste lägga dig raklång på golvet med byxorna uppknäppta för att ens kunna andas.
Precis den enkelheten finner du i denna pasta. Det allra bästa är att tack vare den färska pastan är maten klar på max 15 minuter. Vardagsmat när den är som bäst!
Kräftpasta med svamp och vitlök, 4 port:
2 fp färsk tortellini
6 stora champinjoner
1 röd paprika
10 inlagda vitlökar (eller 2 ”vanliga” vitlökar, finhackade)
1 ask (360 g) kräftstjärtar i lake
färsk bladpersilja
Koka upp rikligt med vatten och koka den färska pastan enligt anvisningarna på paketet.
Skär undertiden champinjonerna i tunna skivor och stek dem gyllene i en klick smör tillsammans med vitlöken. Strimla paprikan och låt den steka med ett par minuter. Krydda med salt och svartpeppar.
När pastan kokat klart, ha i den i stekpannan tillsammans med kräftstjärtarna och strö över rikligt med finhackad persilja.
Ringla sist över riktigt fin olivolja.
Servera ett gott bröd till pastan.

Enkel och god vardagsmat är ju aldrig fel och detta ser riktigt gott ut. Du har inte funderat på att återuppta matfeed?? saknar den sidan 😉
Verkar jättegott! Synd bara att färsk tortellini är så dyrt i Finland. Måste vänta med detta recept till nästa Sverige besök! Eller får jag ta och göra tortellinis själv!
hej, kanske inte det bästa stället att fråga på men…. Din bok ” Gott att ge bort”, underbar, men är alla recepten dina, alltså har du kommit på dom eller har du ändrat ett original recept ? Eller har du tagit ett recept från någon annan ?? Skulle vara kul att veta. har själv funderat på att göra en kokbok för skojs skull. kanske ger jag ut den ? vem vet. Men hur som helst, skulle vara kul ifall du svarade, för jag har enbart andras recept och det kanske är fel att ta någons annans recept, eller vad tycker du ? Och i så fall får jag göra om dem eller komma på helt egna, eller skriva vem recept är ifrån, kan man göra det ? Det här med recept och vems det egentlgen är, är lite småsvårt. För på recept finns ingen riktig copyright. Så man kan i stort sett ta ett recept man gillar och säga att det är ens egna.
Till min bok har jag själv arbetat fram många av recepten. Jag hittar inspiration i en bild eller kanske i ett annat recept och så gör jag min egna variant av det hela. En del recept har jag tagit från min mamma eller mormors receptsamlingar. Själv är jag väldigt dålig på att följa andras recept, ändrar ofta lite här och lite där och vips är det liksom ett nytt recept.
