Och så har en vecka gått sen förra torsdagen. Jag är visst helt inne i min lilla bebisbubbla och märker inte att tiden går!
Men det är torsdag idag igen och dags att titta bakåt i arkiven! Idag bjuder jag er på mozzarellahamburgare, jag vet att grillsäsongen börjar lida mot sitt slut. Men än finns ju chans till fina lördagseftermiddagar med strålande sol. Och orkar man inte grilla, så fungerar dessa precis lika bra att göra i stekpannan.
Jag vet att jag för en herrans massa år sedan gjorde liknande hamburgare, fast du fyllde jag dem med mozzarella. Här får osten istället ligga ovanpå och smälta ner över hamburgaren. Hur man väljer att göra är en smaksak!
Receptet är från våren 2010 och livet såg lite annorlunda ut. Inga barn och jag var mitt uppe i förberedelserna till min fina bok! Mycket vatten har runnit under broarna sedan dess, men det här hamburgarna är fortfarande lika goda!
Mozzarellaburgare, 8 st:
600 g blandfärs
1 gul lök
2 vitlöksklyftor
2 ägg
3 msk grädde
salt & peppar
ca 100 g mozarella
2 stora tomater
Finhacka lök och vitlök, lägg det i en bunke och blanda i ägg, grädde och rikligt med salt och peppar. Ha i blandfärsen och rör om väl.
Forma till 8 stycken burgare.
Hetta upp en klick smör i en stekpanna och låt burgarna få fin färg på ena sidan.
Skiva tomat och mozzarella. Vänd hamburgarna och vrid ned värmen. Lägg på en ost-och tomatskiva på varje burgare och låt dom steka klart. Salta och peppra lite extra på tomaten.
Servera med klassiska hamburgertillbehör. Och på tal om tillbehör, kika in under helgen, då kommer ett superenkelt recept på inlagd rödlök som passar perfekt till burgaren, korv eller varför inte till pulled pork!
