Dagens frukosttips måste ändå gå till havremjölken, något jag upptäckte för ett par år sedan då jag blev överkänslig mot laktos. Något jag då fastnade för var havremjölken. Sedan dess har det ploppat upp mängder utav bra alternativ för den som av någon anledning inte vill använda sig utav vanliga mejeriprodukter.
Det finns inget godare än havregrynsgröt med havremjölk! Har man sedan en klick hemgjord svartvinbärssylt till, ja då är lyckan gjord för mig! Jag har inte kommit mig för att använda den i bakning eller matlagning. Men jag tror nog man skulle kunna få till en omgång riktigt smaskiga pannkakor gjorda på denna mjölk, eller vad tror ni?

Havremjölken passar UTMÄRKT ! I matlagning och bakning.. Man märker verkligen ingen skillnad. Och att göra smoothies på den, havregryn, frukt/bär = Mumms ! 🙂

Filen som är låglaktos är underbar, så krämig. Det godaste jag vet, som är laktosfritt, är Keson. Prova dessa och tala om vad du tycker. På Coop brukar dessa finnas.
Ja, havremjölken är super till både pannkakor och annan matlagning. För att inte nämna bakning. Vanliga kanelbullar blir t.ex mkt saftigare med havremjölk tycker jag.
Jag är allergisk mot, inte bara laktos, utan även mjölkprotein så jag använder den här mjölken till allting som det egentligen skulle vara vanlig mjölk i, funkar till allt! 😉 Har du provat den mjölkfria matlagningsgrädden Imat? Funkar utmärk till tex. grytor! 😉
