Till den ugnsbakade kycklingen jag gjorde förra veckan serverade jag denna sås och ris till. Jag använde samma smakbas i såsen som till kycklingen men bytte ut timjan mot persilja då den ger en sån fräsch smak. Denna kalla sås är superenkel att göra och kan nog passa till det mesta. En god sallad, fisk eller varför inte att doppa morotsstavar i?
Jag har som perioder i mitt matlagande när det kommer till smaksättning. Ett tag körde jag på färsk ingefära och schalottenlök. Det hade jag verkligen till allt! Det jag nu senast fastnat för är färsk bladpersilja, har ni en aníng om hur användbart och gott det är!? Man kan ha det till allt tror jag. Så om ni tycker att mina recept nu ett tag kryllar utav persilja så vet ni nu anledningen. Men om en vecka eller två har det med största sannolikhet gått över.
Kall sås:
3 dl creme fraiche
bladpersilja
saft från ½ citron
1 tsk honung
1 msk olivolja
salt & peppar
Finhacka en rejäl bunt med persilja och blanda ned det i fraichen. Smaksätt med citronsaft, honung, god olivolja, salt och peppar. Såsen är nu klar!
