Förra helgen var det glöggbjudning hemma hos oss. Två sorters glögg som skulle provas, smått och gott att ha till, trevligt sällskap, ja man behöver inte mycket mer än så för att ha en lyckad kväll. Jag gjorde i ordning tre små tilltugg som passar utmärkt till glöggdrickandet.
Många av er är säkert redan ett fan av att äta ädelost och pepparkakor. Själv kan jag tycka det blir lite för mycket av ostsmaken, men ostbollarna jag gjorde blev himmelska! Tunnbrödsnurror med skinka och senap var ett givet val, som tredje sak gjorde jag crostini med lingon och brie.
Alla tre saker går fint att förbereda dagen innan, det är egentligen bara brien som behöver smälta lite ovanpå brödet i ugnen en liten stund innan servering.
Ädelostbollar ca 15 stycken:
1 burk kesella
150 g ädelost
ett gäng korssade pepparkakor
Mosa osten med en gaffel och blanda med kesellan. Låt stå svalt en stund innan du formar massasn till små bollar (det kan bli lite kletigt) och rulla dem sedan i spepparkakssmulor. Ställ kallt fram till servering.
Tunnbrödsnurror ca 25 stycken:
4 skivor tunnbröd
200 g skinka
1 burk kesella eller philadelphiaost
stark julsenap
Bred ett lager kesella/philadelphia på bröden. Lägg ut skinkskivor så det täcker allt. Bred på senapen. Rulla ihop och låt stå svalt. Skär i bitar innan servering. Kom i håg att ta ut dem ur kylen ett tag innan de skall ätas så de inte är kylskåpskalla!
Crostini med lingon och brie ca 20 stycken:
1 lång baguette
ca 2 dl lingonsylt
500 g brieost
Skär brödet på snedden och lägg ut bitarna på en plåt. Låt de rostas i ugnen i ca 15 minuter per sida på 100 graders värme (detta går bra att göra ett par dagar i förväg).
Innan servering: Dela brieosten i lagom stsora bitar för brödet, lägg på en klick lingon på varje brödbit och toppa med osten. Sätt in i ugnen på 100 grader i ca 15 minuter. Osten skall bröja smälta lite lagom. Servera genast!
Sedan är det bara att sätta igång och mingla!
