Min syster är inte allt för fötjust i att baka och laga mat, men är det något hon verkligen kan göra så är det kladdkaka. På kalaset sist serverade vi denna urgoda kladdkaka som Sara så snällt gjort, tillsammans med glass och hallongrädde. Ett perfekt alternativ till tårta. Skall man bjuda många är det enklast att göra i långpanna och sedan skära i rutor. I en långpanna får du i 4 x detta recept och det räcker till ca 30 ganska stora bitar.
Förbered och stoppa i frysen, så är det bara att ta fram ett par timmar innan den skall ätas, smidigare än så blir det inte!
2 ägg
3 dl socker
125 g smör
2 1/2 dl vetemjöl
2 tsk vaniljsocker
kakao efter behag (tips från syster Sara: var inte snål med kakaon, det kan nästan inte bli för mycket!!)
Rör (inte vispa!!) ägg och socker. Smält smöret och ha i det. Låt sockret smälta lite, det kan ta någon minut. Rör undertiden ihop de torra ingredienserna och häll sedan i dem i sockerröran. Smöra och bröa en springform, ha i smeten och grädda på 150 grader i ca 30 minuter.

Är det någon som gjort denna som kan säga hur mkt kakao ni tog i ,jag tycker det är svårt att ta på en höft…
Anna: Jag tog ca 0,75 dl.. Vet inte om det är mycket eller lite 😉 Stoppade dessutom ner några tobleronebitar innan gräddning.
Vet inte om jag tog för mycket kakao, vilket gjorde att smeten inte blev tillräckligt "blöt", men jag gräddade min i 20 minuter och den blev inte alls så kladdig som den ska. Men eftersom receptet var bra i övrigt ska jag nästa gång börja med 10 minuter för att sen utöka.
