Hemgjord vaniljglass med varm björnbärssås, behöver jag egentligen tala om för er att det var gott? För er som inte känner er övertygade så talar jag nu om för er att det var det, gott alltså. Självklart kan man förenkla det hela genom att köpa en förpackning med vaniljglass, men jag lovar er att det blir snäppet godare med hemgjord!
Ser ni hur de varma björnbären har börjat smälta glassen på bilden? De var den godaste delen av alltihop, så jag hade på mer varma björnbär för att få mer smält glass. Tallriken blev väldigt överfull, så det gällde att agera snabbt! Nej nu får jag sluta att sitta här och dregla, receptet lyder enligt följande:
Vaniljglass:
3 äggulor
1/2 dl socker
4 dl grädde
3 tsk äkta vaniljsocker
Vispa ägg och socker riktigt fluffigt. Sjud grädden med vaniljen. Häll den varma grädden över äggfluffet och rör om ordentligt. Häll tillbaka allt i kastrullen och låt detta sjuda ett par minuter under konstant omrörning. Detta får nu stå och svalna.
Följ sedan instruktionerna till din glassmaskin.
Note: Jag bytte ut det vanliga sockret mot ljust muscovadosocker för att få en lite mer kolasmak över glassen.
Koka ihop en sås av 4 dl björnbär och 1 dl socker. Häll den varma såsen över glassen.
