Man kan tycka att jag borde bjuda på ett värmade recept idag. En het gryta eller kanske en smarrig och god soppa, men nej, idag blir det glass i stora lass här på bloggen. Det är bara augusti men om man sneglar på utetemperaturen skulle jag gissa på att vi var i slutet av september. Men det finns inte så mycket att göra åt detta, annat än att kura inne med tända ljus.
I torsdags hade vi lite vänner på besök, efter middagen bjöd jag på hemgjord glass med hallonrippel, gott gotti gott gott så att säga..
Fröken Broman med sambo som var här läser grafisk design och sjunger som en ängel, jag är lika avundsjuk på båda sakerna..
Vit chokladglass med hallonrippel 4 port:
3 äggulor
2 msk strösocker
2 dl grädde
2 dl mjölk
100 g vit choklad
3 dl hallon
2 dl strösocker
3 msk hallonlikör
Vispa äggulorna med sockret tills det blir fluffigt. Värm mjölken och grädden, låt chokladen sakta smälta ner, se till så att det inte kokar. Häll den heta gräddblandningen över äggen och vispa kraftigt. Häll tillbaka det i kastrullen och sjud tills krämen tjocknar. Låt svalna innan du har i glasskrämen i din glassmaskin, låt nu glassmaskinen göra sitt jobb (eller ha upp glasskrämen i en burk, ställ in i frysen och rör en gång var 20:e minut i ca fyra timmar).
Blanda hallon, socker och likör. Koka upp och låt puttra tills det blir en tjock hallonsås. Ha upp glassmeten i en liten långpanna och lägg hallonsåsen i tre tjocka strängar över glassen. Gör med hjälp av en kniv fina mönster och plasta sedan in formen och ställ in den i frysen i minst en timme. Det blir ganska mycket hallonsås över, den blir jättegod att servera varm till glassen sen.
