Visst är det konstigt, hur mätt man än är finns det mirakulöst nog alltid plats för något sött efter maten. I alla fall är det så för mig. Att lägga lite frukt på grillen är ett prefekt sätt att utnyttja värmen som är kvar efter man grillat maten. Här har jag tagit nektariner, men det går bra med persikor, stora bitar av honungsmelon eller annan riktigt fast frukt. Det allra bästa är att dom klarar sig helt själva på grillen medan du äter upp dom sista matbitarna.
Jag grillade mina nektariner under lock, på det viset får de fin yta men blir också helt genomvarma. Grillar du utan lock är det precis som med kött- risk för att det blir bränt men inte genomgrillat.
Nektarinerna penslade jag med hemgjord hallonlikör före och efter jag grillat dem. De fick en fantastiskt härlig blommig smak av detta, så det kan jag rekommendera varmt. Recept på hallonlikör hittar ni i min bok- Gott att ge bort- ätbara presenter från Linneas skafferi.
Till den grillade frukten serverade jag en sötsyrlig kräm gjord på vispad grädde och turkisk yoghurt, smaksatt med honung och rivet limeskal. Helt fantastiskt gott om jag får säga det själv!
Grillade nektariner:
1 nektarin per person
hallonlikör eller din favoritlikör
Tvätta frukten noga och dela den i tu. Ta ur kärnan och pensla snittytan med likör.
Lägg nektarinerna på grillen, snittytan ner och sätt på locket. Grilla nektarinerna tills de fått fin färg och känns genomvarma. Pensla de varma nektarinerna ännu en gång med likören.
Honungsvisp (till cirka 4 personer)
2 dl vispgrädde
1 dl turkisk yoghurt
2 msk flytande honung
skal från 1 lime
Vispa grädden tills mjuka toppar bildas, rör i yoghurt och honung. Blanda väl.
Lägg upp de varma, grillade nektarinerna i skålar och klicka i vispen. Riv skalet från limen över. Ät genast!

Låter jättegott! Ska absolut testa! Det jag råkat ut för är grillad banan, något jag inte alls gillar. Har aldrig grillat andra frukter, men nektariner låter som en bra grej!
Grillat äpple brukar jag köra pa. Fast igentligen kan man ju grilla det mesta och det blir underbart gott.
Ananas. Underbart gott, och även något som jag som annars inte tål ananas kan äta. Måste prova annan frukt med.

Nektariner är fantastiskt gott att grilla, jag brukat lägga på en bit vit choklad precis när jag tar av dem från grillen- mums! Annars är ananas och gino (bär och frukt i foliepaket) också riktigt smarrigt.
