Här kommer ett sånt där perfekt recept att ta till om energi och inspiration tryter. Lättlagat som tusan och passar perfekt som middag mitt i veckan eller varför inte som en lördagslunch med goda vänner?
Allra godast blir det ju såklart om du använder färsk lax, men självklart funkar även fryst. Vad du väljer att servera till din fisk väljer du själv, kokt potatis, potatismos, potatis i ugn eller varför inte en enkel sallad?
Gräslöken jag använt är faktiskt min helt egna och årets första skörd. Den fick övervintra i en bunke på trappen och verkar tillsammans med smultronen som också sitter där i ha överlevt. Hur underbart är det inte att skörda den första gräslöken redan i april liksom!?
Lax i ugn:
4 st laxfiléer
1 lime
havssalt
svartpeppar
sås:
2 dl creme friche
gräslök
havssalt
svartpeppar
olivolja
Lägg laxfiléerna i en ugnssäker form. Tvätta limen och finriv skalet. Fördela det över laxen tillsammans med saften från limen. Smaka av med salt och peppar. Ställ in i en 200 grader varm ugn i cirka 15 minuter.
Blanda undertiden samman såsen.
Svårare än så är det ju faktiskt inte att laga till lite vårfräsch lax!

Bulgur till lax är SÅ gott, så det måste jag rekommendera!
Lax är nog den fisk som det blir mest av här hemma, enkelt även om de inte hinner tina så mycket de styckefrysta som är enkelt att ha hemma. Nu på slutet har det blivit att jag gjort ditt recept på sånna laxbitar med pesto. Så gott och enkelt!

Torsk bakad i ugnen, hemmagjort potatismos, hemmagjord lingonsylt och rivna morötter. Mmmm
Jag brukar lägga laxbitar med mozzarella, dill, lite citron, salt och peppar på. Sen häller jag lite vitt vin och grädde runt. Gör alltid pressad potatis och ärter till det. Mumma!

Det låter gott!! Jag brukar ugnskoka (?) min lax i grädde. På med salt, peppar och toppa laxen med smala vitlöks-skivor och lite smör, rekommenderas! Superlätt och supergott!
