Även om sommarvärmen sviker oss denna vecka så fortsätter jag att tipsa om goda grillidéer. Den här klassikern, baconlindad sparris, går alltid hem. Kanske för att allt blir bättre och godare med bacon. Kanske för att när sparrisen börjar dyka upp i butikerna, ja då är våren här och sommaren väntar bakom hörnet.
Gillar man idén med att snurra bacon runt något kan jag även tipsa om dessa brödpinnar med bacon. Ett perfekt tilltugg att knapra på medan grillen tänds och maten förbereds.
Att göra baconlindad sparris är i all sin enkelhet alltid uppskattad och är mycket enkelt att göra. Faller suget på en mörk dag i november kan du använda dig av fryst sparris och göra dessa i ugnen.
Baconlindad sparris:
8 skivor bacon
8 stycken sparris
svartpeppar
Linda en baconskiva runt varje sparris. Krydda väl med svartpeppar. Grilla sparrisen på indirekt värme tills sparrisen är genommjuk och baconet blivit knaprigt och fått färg.

Jag åt faktiskt sparris igår, fast med parmesan och pinjenötter. Sparris är ju så galet gott och det här såg minst lika gott ut 🙂
