Idag har vi haft riktig sommarvärme här, äntligen! Och vad vill man ha varma sommardagar om inte lite glass. Det här receptet är så där fantastiskt underbart, för du behöver varken ha glassmaskin eller gott om tid. Allt du behöver är 4 ingredienser och en matberedare. Självklart kan man använda vilka frysta bär man gillar bäst, här har jag tagit hallon. Visste man inte bättre skulle man kunna tro att glassen är full av masa färgämnen, men allt är naturlig färg från hallonen.
Anledningen till att det tar dig max 5 minuter istället för flera timmar att få till den här härliga glassen är att man använder frysta bär. Bären fryser grädden och du får en glass med mjukglassliknande konsistens. Självklart kan du ställa in glassen i frysen om du vill äta senare, men jag tycker den är som allra godast när den är nygjord.
Extra gott blir det om du blandar i bitar av färska jordgubbar precis innan du serverar glassen.
Hallonglass utan glassmaskin, 3 port:
250 g frysta hallon
2 dl grädde
1/2 dl florsocker
1/2 L färska jordgubbar + några till dekorering
Låt de frysta hallonen ligga framme ca 20 minuter och tina något. Mixa hallonen snabbt till små smulor i din matberedare. Tillsätt sedan grädde och socker. Mixa till en slät glassmet. Skär jordgubbarna i små bitar och blanda i för hand. Ha upp i skålar och dekorera med halverade jordgubbar.
Bättre än så här blir det inte en strålande fin sommardag!
Vilken slags glass gillar du allra bäst?
Jag brukar göra en liknande variant men byta ut hälften av grädden mot riktigt krämig turkisk yoghurt och söta med honung och lite vanilj, konsistensen blir jättebra och smaken lite lätt syrlig, MUMS!
Oh! Ligger i sängen redo och ska sova. Vill hellre gå upp och göra glass…typiskt. Måste prova detta! Ser fantastiskt ut!
Åh vad bra, jag satt senast igår och tänkte att jag skulle leta reda på ett recept på glass som funkar utan glassmaskin, alla har ju faktiskt inte en sån. 🙂

Jag gör en liknande glass ibland, med turkisk yoghurt och honung – så snabbt, enkelt, gott och nyttigt! Hur bra som helst <3 Dock är jag ett proffs på att mixa den för länge så den blir alldeles uppvärmd och lite rinnig – inte så snygg som din med andra ord… Kan tänka mig att det är gott med grädde och florsocker också 😀

Jag brukar också göra något liknande, och har på senaste tiden funderat på om det blir någon skillnad om man vispar grädden först… Eller om det bara innebär fem minuter extra och mer disk.
