Vilken fantastiskt vacker höstdag vi har här idag. Solen skiner från en klarblå himmel och man måste nästan ha mössa på sig för att inte frysa om öronen. Den fina höstdagen firar vi med att baka chokladbollar, ett perfekt tidsfördriv för stora som små. Axel var mycket hjälpsam och tyckte att hans uppgift var att provsmaka alla chokladbollar efter att jag rullat dem i pärlsocker.
Först hade jag tänkt att rulla bollarna i fint strössel, men sedan ändrade jag mig. Det är ju ändå allra godast med helt vanligt pärlsocker eller kokos. Istället gjorde jag små flaggor av fin tejp och ett par tandpetare, riktigt kalasfint blev det! I somras gjorde jag liknande flaggor i vitt och grönt. Dom satte jag i en gigantisk skål med ljuvliga jordgubbar som jag serverade på mitt födelsedagskalas. Hur snyggt som helst!
I vanliga fall är det Sebastian som står för chokladbollsbakandet här hemma. Han är så mycket bättre på dessa små godsaker än vad jag är. Kanske är det för att han alltid följer receptet, medan jag ska piffa till det med det ena eller andra? Kanske är chokladbollar sådant man inte ska ändra om med? Fast det är ju gott att ha i lite likör eller apelsinskal..
Klassiska chokladbollar:
100 g rumsvarmt smör
1 dl strösocker
3 dl havregryn
2 msk kakao
1 tsk vaniljsocker
2 msk kallt kaffe
Rör smör och socker poröst. Tillsätt övriga ingredienser och arbeta ihop till en deg. Forma små bollar och rulla dem i pärlsocker eller kokos. Ställ dem kallt för att stelna.

Jag gör mina chokladbollar precis som dina, vanliga med kokosflingor oftast på :). Vad fint med de små flaggorna på! Vad hittar man sådana flaggor? Ha en fin dag!

Åh gott!! Jag gör vanliga hederliga. Kan hända att jag lyxar med fint strössel. Och ibland (läs oftast) orkar jag inte rulla bollar utan äter direkt ur bunken. Smidigt när man är supersugen. Tjoho!

Min treåring älskar att baka chokladbollar och klarar nästan av att göra det själv – vi brukar köra tre av alltdet brukar funka bäst för honom – tre dl havregrynsgröt, tre msk kakao, tre halv dl socker osv. Brukar ibland byta ut smöret mot lätta… Jag vet- skitprodukt… Men vad gör man om man är en gottegris och ändå vill hålla formen…
Åh vilka fina ”bollar”!! Jag gör exakt samma recept som dig. Men flaggor har jag aldrig haft. Det var ju läckert faktiskt. Så det var ett tips jag kommer o ta med. Jättefint! Ha det gott!
