Efter lite påtryckningar från er läsare drar jag igång veckans mat igen. Det är inte en matsedel man måste skriva ner och följa slaviskt, utan mer tänkt som inspiration. Både för mig och för er!
Själv är jag urusel på att hålla mig till en i förväg planerad matlista, jag lagar det som jag känner för. Men ibland hamnar man i en svacka och känner sig väldigt oinspirerad, då är det bra att bli påmind om all god mat som faktiskt finns!
Den här veckan skulle jag gärna vilja äta detta:
Fisk i ugn med makalöst god sås. Ett av de få recept jag har lagat flera gånger.
Bulgursallad med kyckling. Snabblagad mat som är perfekt att laga en tisdag.
Fyllda isterband, klassiskt och så gott!
Köttfärsoppa, även det en riktig storfavorit. Perfekt höstmat dessutom!
Tortillapizza, byt ut köpepizzan mot den här suoersnabba pizzan på tortillabröd.
Så här i äppeltider passar det perfekt att göra frasiga äppelrutor till fredagsmyset. Dom här gör en garanterad succé!
