I helgen kramade vi ur de sista varma fina dagarna här. Nu känns det verkligen som om sommaren är över för den här gången, inte ofta man kan säga det så sent som i slutet av september!
Vi tackade av sommaren genom att göra rediga hamburgare med massor av smak och goda tillbehör. När man gör burgare som skall stekas eller grillas tycker jag det blir bäst att göra på blandfärs. Använder man bara ren nötfärs blir det lätt torrt. Man vill ju ha en burgare som köttsaften rinner ur när man tar en tugga av den, inte känslan av skosula eller torrt sågspån.
Ett annat tips för att få till en riktigt god burgare är att skippa ägg och lök. Kör du på blandfärs håller den ihop utan problem i alla fall. Ös istället på med kryddor, rökessens och en klick tomatpuré.
Riktiga hamburgare, 8 st:
800 g blandfärs
2 msk tomatpuré
1 1/2 tsk rökessens
worcestersås
tabasco
rökigt paprikapulver
lökpulver
salt & svartpeppar
Mosa blandfärsen i en bunke med en gaffel. Blanda i tomatpuré och rökessens. Smaksätt med övriga kryddor efter smak. Blanda väl och forma till 8 st jämna burgare. Hetta upp en stekpanna med smör och olja. Lägg i burgarna och låt dom få fin färg på ena sidan. Platta ut dem något med hjälp av stekspaden. Sänk värmen något och vänd burgarna, låt dem bli genomstekta. Eller kör dom på grillen.
Gör en cole slaw, en enkel vitlöksdressing och lite morotsstavar i ugnen och festen kan börja!

En riktig burgare på nöt- eller blandfärs är ju svårslaget. Men klassiska tillbehör som ost, ketchup och dressing är det nog godast ändå… 🙂
Vad gott 😀 Min pojkväns favoritrecept är fortfarande mozzarellaburgarna du tipsade om för längesedan. Kanske är detta något nytt för honom att prova på!
