Nu har fotografen lämnat mig för denna gång och kan ni tänka er, vi har bara ett kapitel kvar att fotografera till min bok, det är en läskig, hissnande och helt makalös känsla att alla dessa bilder som vi tar, skall bli till något ni läsare kan bläddra igenom och förhoppningsvis tycka lika mycket om som jag gör!
Innan hon for här ifrån plockade hon säkert 20 kg äpplen som hon tog med hem till hästen, trotts detta finns det fortfarande en hel del kvar. Jag har funderat på att göra äppelvin av en del, är det någon av er som testat det och har några tips?
Av årets äppelskörd har det hittills blivit äppelgröt, äppelmos, äppelrutor och nu även äppelmuffins. De här är inte en söt muffin utan ett gott frukostbröd. Perfekta att röra ihop en lördag eller söndagmorgon när man snabbt vill ha gott bröd. Eller varför inte göra dem till eftermiddagsfikat en regnsruskig dag så här i september.
Äppelmuffins, ca 8 stycken
3 dl havregryn
2 dl vetemjöl
2 tsk bakpulver
1 ägg
3 msk flytande honung
2 1/2 dl fil eller naturell yoghurt
1 msk olja
1 tsk kanel
1 nypa salt
2 dl äpplen
Blanda samman havregryn, mjöl och bakpulver. I en separat vispar du upp ägget och blandar i honung, fil, olja, kanel och salt. Skär äpplena i små bitar och ha i dem. Tillsätt de torra ingredienserna och blanda väl. Klä en muffinsform med muffinsformar och klicka i smeten. Grädda i 180 grader i ca 25 minuter. Ät genast med smör, ost och lite marmelad.

inte dumt att ha så mycket äpplen, själv har vi ett kasst äppelträd som gav till 80% dåliga äpplen i år, de var bruna inuti, likadant föra året , önskade vi hade massor med goda äpplen, kanske dags att plantera ett nytt äppelträd istället :-), dina muffins ser så goda ut

Ta med dina äpplen till ett musteri. Det kotar bara några kronor per flaska, och du får med dig hem ljuvlig egen äppelmust!

Nej, äppelvin har jag aldrig testat däremot brukar jag köra äpplena i råsaftcentrifugen, blir smaskens!
såg olagligt gott ut. måste testa o baka dessa godbitar.
Det lät supergott! Undrar om min nya bakmaskin kan fixa äppelmuffins också…
