Igår gjorde jag dessa blåbär-cheesecake-brownies. När man tillsätter färskost till brownierecept tycker jag att det lätt kan bli lite mäktigt, därför tillsatte jag en knapp tesked bakpulver för att få kakan att resa sig aningens och bli lite luftigare. Men är man ute efter den där riktigt tunga, klassiska brownie-känslan är det bara att hoppa över bakpulvret.
De blir perfekta att stoppa i frysen och ta fram om man får oväntat fikabesök, servera som dom är eller med en klick grädde eller glass till.
Ca 20 bitar:
200 g 50% choklad
100 g smör
4 ägg
3 dl socker
3 dl mjöl
1 dl kakao
nästan 1 tsk bakpulver
saft från 1/2 citron
3 msk creme fraiche
200 g philadelphiaost
2 äggulor
1/2 dl socker
1 msk mjöl
100 g blåbär
Smält choklad och smör i en skål över ett vattenbad, rör tills allt blir en glansig och len smet. Tillsätt äggen, ett i taget och rör sedan i sockret.
Blanda de torra ingredienserna med varandra och rör försiktigt i chokladsmeten. Ha sist i creme fraiche och citronsaft. Rör om väl och ha upp i en form klädd med bakplåtspapper.
Rör samman philadelphiaost, äggulor, socker och mjöl. Ha ut detta över chokladsmeten och dra med en kniv för att få ett marmorerat mönster. Strö blåbären över och grädda sedan kakan i 180 grader i ca 20 minuter eller tills provstickan fortfarande är något fuktig men inte kletig.

Ja, du ska köpa en Philips, vi har en sådan och gillar den skarpt. Vi gör massor av härliga juicer och det är så gott! Visst är det en del att diska, men gör man det direkt så räcker det att man sköljer under vatten. Själva rivjärnet är väl det som kräver mer diskning. Vi gör juice som räcker i tre dagar och det är värt det!!
Till och med svärmor har en och hon använder sin varje dag och har inte tröttnat än.
