..följde med in i 2011.
Ni kanske tycker att det vore på plats med lite nyttigare mat så här på självaste nyårsdagen, många av er har säkert avgett löften om att dra ner på sötsaker och annat under det kommande året. Men istället tänker jag bjuda på en bit av vad som blev över efter gårdagens nyårsdessert, nämligen en vit chokladcheesecake ja eller vad som är kvar av den!
2010 var ett helt underbart år, men jag har på känn att 2011 kommer att bli ännu bättre. Därför inleder vi året med ett helt underbart recept som passar till såväl nyår som födelsedagskalas och till midsommar.
Cheesecake med vit choklad cirka 8 bitar:
cirka 20 digestivekex
50 g smör
3 ägg
1 dl strösocker
2 tsk vaniljsocker
400 g cream cheese
200 g vit choklad
3 dl vispgrädde
Krossa kexen till fina smulor med hjälp av en matberedare, smält smöret och blanda det med kexsmulorna. tryck ut detta i en form med löstagbar kant. Grädda i 150 grader i 15 minuter. Låt svalna.
Separera äggvitan från gulan och vispa upp äggvitan till ett vitt skum. Vispa äggulorna med strösocker och vaniljsocker, tillsätt färskosten och rör till en jämn smet. Smält chokladen och låt den svalna, rör sedan i den i färskostblandningen. Vispa grädden tills mjuka toppar bildas och rör samman den med choklad och färskostblandingen. Vänd sist ner den uppvispade äggvitan och fyll det gräddade skalet. Låt stelna i frysen i minst fyra timmar. Tag fram den minst 30 minuter innan servering så den hinner mjukna ordentligt.
