Den sista tiden har det varit ett fasligt bakande av smörgåstårtor här hemma och till helgen skall jag göra en till kära mormor som fyller år. Hon önskade sig en smörgåstårta fylld med leverpastej/paprika och dekorerad med räkor.
Men i helgen gjorde jag en med räkor/paprika och dekorerad med räkor, receptet är enligt följande:
Smörgåstårta med räkor 10 bitar
30 skivor formfranska
5 dl creme fraiche
4 dl grädde
1 dl majonnäs
2 tsk paprikapulver
salt & peppar
fyllning 1:
400 g räkor utan skal
1 rödlök
2 msk kaviar
1 msk dill
fyllning 2:
2 röda paprikor
Dag ett:
Blanda grädde, creme fraiche och majonnäs. Vispa detta med elvispen, det tar ett tag men så småningom tjocknar det. Krydda med paprika pulver, salt och peppar.
Dela upp röran i två bunkar, spar lite som du skall täcka tårtan med.
Blanda i räkor, kaviar och dill i den ena bunken. Finhacka löken och rör i den.
Hacka paprikan ritkigt fint och blanda den med med fraiche-röran.
Skär bort kanterna från formfranskan och lägg ut tio stycker på en bricka. Bred paprikaröran på det första lagret bröd, lägg på nästa lager med bröd där räkröran breds ut. Avsluta med de sista tio brödskivorna. Täck tårtan med blöta, urvridna handdukar och ställ kallt minst 12 timmar.
Dag två:
Bred fraiche-röran över tårtan och dekorera med salladsblad, räkor, ost, paprika, ägg, vindruvor och citron.

Alltså, jag har aldrig gjort någon smörgåstårta. Borde nog snart göra det för det är ju faktiskt riktigt gott och verkar ju inte va så svårt…
