Ikväll skulle mor och far bort på julfest där det skulle ske julklappsbyte. På något outgrundligt vis föll då lotten på mig att göra godis som de sedan kunde byta bort. Så nu hoppas jag att de kommer hem med en riktigt fin bytesjulklapp åt mig!
Jag gjorde två sorters ruskigt enkel choklad, här kommer det första receptet.
300 g choklad (valfri chokladhalt)
1 dl kokos
2 dl salta jordnötter
1 dl hasselnötter
Gör så här:
Smält chokladen i ett vattenbad. Hacka under tiden nötterna och rosta dem tillsammans med kokosen i en het och torr stekpanna. Spar ca 1/2 dl av jordnötterna som du sedan skall strö över chokladen.
Häll i nöt- och kokosblandningen i chokladen och rör om väl. Gör en lagom stor form av aluminiumfolie, eller använd en passande form som du klär med bakplåtspapper och häll i chokladsmeten. Strö en halv deciliter hackade jordnötter över. Låt stå svalt innan du skär dem i rutor.

Japp, jag har gjort Wienernougat bla., men har mycket gott ännu att göra.
Bakade små pepparkakshus i kväll, och vilken ljuvlig doft som huset fylldes av.

Men MUMS vad gott! Än så länge har jag barat kokat lingonkola (som blev supergoda) hade vilda planer för bakandet denna helg men så blev jag sjuk istället…=(
Men bloggat om läckerheter har jag gjort desto mer idag har jag tex bloggat om vårt julmat från ifjol lite moderna rätter och massa fina färger! Mat är min passion, men även inredning och dekoration. Är lite smygstolt över juldukningen som jag bloggade om häromdagen=) hihi.

Jag har tänkt börja göra julgodis hela veckan, men sen blev jag rysligt förkyld och fick feber efter vaccineringen, så det har inte blivit något av det än. Men snart så!
Japp igår gjorde jag Wienernougat, men jag tror inte det finns något kvar till jul. Det får bli en sats till minsann. Otroligt gott så det är svårt att låta bli att ta. Detta är inte så dumt heller, ska absolut prova baka det. Hoppas du fick en fin julklapp.

Jag tänkte göra lite julgodis idag. Har ngn tanke i huvudet på nougatkrisp. Tänkte om man smälter nougat och blandar i rice krisp. Sen doppar man det i choklad 😀
Åhhhh vad gott!! Jag har inte bakat något julgodis, för här i USA bor jag hos en judisk familj så det känns onödigt.
Men jag har fått en inbjudan att fira jul hos en annan familj och där hoppas jag det kommer finnas lite gott!
