Recept på enkla och snabba desserter är något man aldrig kan få för många av. Det fina med detta recept är att du kan göra det precis hur enkelt eller avancerat som du själv vill eller orkar.
Bestäm själv var du lägger energin. Självklart kan du göra allt från grunden, smördeg, vaniljglass och kolasås. Eller så köper du allt färdigt i affären. Allt beror på hur mycket tid och ork man har.
Själv tog jag en medelväg och la krutet på att göra hemgjord glass. Den går ju att göra flera dagar i förväg så när efterrätten väl skall serveras är allt klart på ett litet kick.
Frasiga äppelrutor, 8 stycken:
1 ark fryst, tinad smördeg
6 stycken äpplen
1 ägg
sirap
mandelspån
vaniljglass
kolasås
Placera smördegen på en plåt klädd med bakplåtspapper. Dela arket med smördeg i åtta lika stora rutor. Kärna ur äpplena och skär dem i tunna ringar. Fördela jämnt över smördegsrutorna. Pensla kanterna med uppvispat ägg. Ringla sirap över äppelskivorna och toppa sedan med mandelspån. Grädda i 180 grader i cirka 20 minuter eller tills de fått fin färg. Låt svalna något och lägg upp på assietter. Lägg på två rejäla kulor med vaniljglass och avsluta med kolasås. Ät direkt!
Detta är ett perfekt alternativ till paj och vill man göra det lite lyxigare kan du riva lite mandelmassa och lägga under äppelskivorna.
