För att uttrycka mig lite som Mr Fylking, ÄNTLIGEN! Som vi har väntat på att de skall installera internet här hemma, efter många, en del ganska irriterade samtal är det äntligen fixat!
Jag känner att det har bloggats fasligt mycket om onyttigheter här den sista tiden, självklart äter vi annat här hemma också! Därför passar det fint med ett laxrecept idag tycker jag. Styckefrysta laxfiléer må vara smidiga att tillaga, men när det kommer till smakupplevelsen så är det absolut godast att köpa en hel färsk eller ev fryst laxfilé och tillaga antingen i ugn eller på grillen. Det blir bra mycket godare och kilopriset är snällare mot plånboken.
För ett par veckor sedan fick jag hem flera underbara kryddblandningar från aromboden.se. Däribland en härlig fiskkrydda som jag använde till denna lax.
Hel laxsida i ugn 4 pers:
ca 750 g lax (en hel laxfilé väger ca 1.5 kg och det räcker till ca 8 pers)
salt & peppar
fiskkrydda från aromboden.se
Krydda laxen med kryddblandningen, salt och peppar. Värm ugnen till 175 grader och baka laxen i 20 minuter.
Matvetesallad:
4 port kokt matvete (koka enligt instruktionerna på paketet)
1 fp fetaost
2 tomater
sockerärtor
1 paprika
blandad sallad
Hacka tomaterna och paprikan, dela ärtskidorna i två delar. Blanda ihop grönsaker, fetaost och salladen med den kokta matveten
