Här har ni en riktig tidssparare som ändå smakar gudomligt! Knaperstekt bacon, örter, halvsmält trådig mozzarella.. Behöver jag fortsätta?
Med nybakt bröd och ett glas vin till duger detta gott att servera en fredag kväll. Mer tid åt att umgås och vara ute i solen men ändå en fantastisk god måltid. Kan det bli mycket bättre än så?
Jag råkade ha ett gäng små mozzarellabollar ligga i kylen, har du inte det går det bra med vanlig mozzarella eller riven ost. Det är bara det att de där små söta bollarna gör livet lite extra behagligt då du slipper ett hackningsmoment!
Pasta med mozzarella och bacon 4 port:
2 pkt bacon
örtkryddor tex oregano, basilika, timjan, mejram
peppar
1 fp mozzarellabollar
4 port pasta
grönsaker
Koka pastan enligt anvisningarna på paketet. Hetta upp en stekpanna och klipp baconet i småbitar. Knaperstek dem i en het panna. Krydda med peppar och valfria örter. Sänk värmen och lägg i osten. Slå av vattnet från pastan och vänd sedan i den heta pastan i stekpannan (är din stekpanna inte stor nog, blanda samman allt i pastakastrullen i stället!).
Servera med valfria grönsaker. Middagen är serverad!

Detta låter såå gott! Får testa nån gång. Perfekt med snabba rätter nu när man hellre vill vara utomhus än att stå i köket för länge.

Vilket härligt recept, sältan från baconet passar så bra till pastan och så mozzarellans runda härliga smak på det. Känns som en snabb, trevlig middag att slänga ihop en grå tisdagskväll 🙂

För en som har testlagat så kan jag dela med mig av min smakupplevelse. Helt okej snabblagad rätt, mozzarellan ville gärna klibba ihop sig med baconet och bilda klumpar i pastan, så jag fick försöka fördela ”klumparna” mellan familjemedlemmarna. Vet inte om det ska vara så, att jag valde fel mozzarella (den mest ekonomiska), eller att kastrullen förstörde slutresultatet eftersom det gärna ville fastna i botten…
