Så, då var vi hemma efter en liten tripp till Trosa. På vinst och förlust bokade vi ett rum, som enligt bilderna såg supermysigt ut. De hade även ett paketerbjudande där en trerätters middag ingick på Trosa Sjökrog. Vi chansade, antingen skulle vi bli riktigt besvikna, rummet kunde vara av den schabbiga sorten och maten lika så. Men som tur var drog vi en riktig vinstlott. Boendet var helt perfekt, det låg precis intill ån som ringlar sig genom denna söta lilla stad med välskötta trädgårdar och hus i de vackraste färger.
Efter att ha vandrat runt och kikat på alla de båtar som låg i småbåtshamnen slog vi oss ner vid de bord som var förbokat åt oss. Innan vi visste ordet av stod välkomstdrinken framför oss.
Ett ögonblick senare dök förrätten upp, grillad ciabatta med parma, vitlök och persilja.
Jag valde grillad lax med räkrisotto, en riktig höjdare. Lite pressad citron blev pricken över i och för ovanlighetens skull åt jag upp alltihop. Att min mage stog i fyra hörn ignorerades totalt av hjärnan eller var det kanske mitt bankande matnörd-hjärta?
Sebastian beställde in grillad ryggbiff, självklart provsmakade jag även denna men tror jag gjorde rätt som valde laxen. Köttet var utsökt, men fisken var snäppet godare.
Jag är ingen crème brüléefantast, det är inget jag väljer själv, men den här gågen är jag glad att någon redan gjort valet åt mig. Ytan var hård och knäckig medan det under var lent, mjukt och helt underbart gott. Skrapade man med skeden i botten upptäckte man hundratals små, små svarta vaniljprickar. Det enda vi hade synpunkter på var att det var lite dåligt med frukt till. Ett par jordgubbar mer eller lite syrliga vinbär hade gjort susen.
Så här såg vårat mysiga rum ut på Ågården Gästhem. Trevlig personal, fräsha rum, god frukost och bra bemötande gör av vi med säkerhet kommer att återvända i framtiden.

Vi har semestrat i sommar Sverige, två nätter i Norrköping på coop hotellpremie och tre nätter hos bror och svägerska i Stockholm:)

Jag bor i Trosa. Dötrisst på vintern, men mysigt när alla turister dyker upp på sommaren.
