På söndagarna har vi en liten tradition jag, Sebastian och hans två kompisar träffas varje söndagskväll, äter gott och kollar på tv. Från början så var det Sopranos som följdes varje söndag, men eftersom serien är slut har vi nu börjat kolla på Heroes. Två avsnitt har vi avverat så här långt och det verkar lovande!
Vi turas om att vara hemma hos varandra och den vi är hos bjuder på mat. Det är alltid lika klurigt att komma på vad man skall bjuda på då det går åt en hel del mat. Tre killar i 25 års åldern kan äta något kopiöst. Hur mycket mat jag än lagar så tar det alltid, alltid slut!
Igår var det så våran tur att laga mat men det var verkligen inte läga att stå i köket flera timmar så något snabbt och enkelt fick det lov att bli. Så jag gjorde en tacogratäng. Otroligt gott!!
Tacolåda 4 pers:
600 g nötfärs
½ purjolök
2 vitlöksklyftor
2 påsar tacokrydda
1 dl vatten
1 fp philadelphiaost
1 burk majs
1 paprika
200 g ost
Bryn färsen, hacka purjo och vitlök, låt det fräsa med. Blanda i tacokrydda och vattnet. Låt det hela koka ihop några minuter. Rör i en ask philadelphiaost och burken med majs. Ha upp färsröran i en ugnsfast form. Skär paprikan i ringar och lägg dem överst. Toppa med riven ost. Gratinera i ca 20 minuter i 200 graders värme.
Gör en god sallat och servera tillsammans med nacho chips.
