Trotts allt så blev det mat lagad här hemma igår, dock inte utav mig utan kära syster och hennes kille kom över och gjorde i ordning bakadpotatis med hemgjord skagenröra. Underbart gott!
Att göra bakad potatis behöver inte alls ta specielt lång tid, använder man sig av micorvågsugnen så har man två klara potäter på ca 10-15 minuter, perfekt!! Eftersom vi var fyra stycken i går som skulle äta så körde jag igång ugnen och rullade in de färdigmicrade potatisarna i lite folie och sedan in i ugnen så de höll sig varma medans de övriga tillagades.

Här kommer ett recept på en enkel skagenröra som räcker till ca 6 potatisar:
4 dl cream fraiche
1 gul lök
1 burk kräftsjärtar i lag
1 burk räkor i lag
½-1 ask röd rom
dill
salt & peppar
Skalla och hacka löken fint, häll av lagen från skaldjuren och dela dem i mindre bitar. Rör samman fraichen, skaldjur, lök, rom och dill. Krydda med salt och peppar.
