I helgen rörde jag ihop en helt underbar pasta! Det blev bara mitt i prick! Eftersom jag valde att göra såsen kall, fungerar denna röra nog alldelens utmärkt att fylla baugetter eller liknande med.
Turligt nog finns det lite kvar som jag år äta till lunch..

Pasta med currykyckling 2 pers:
1 stor kyckligfilé
curry
salt & peppar
2 burkar lätt creme fraiche
½ rödlök
curry
cayennepeppar
salt & peppar
fullkornspasta
majs
Gör så här:
Skär ned kycklingen i mindre bitar och stek dem. Krydda på med curry, salt och peppar.
Hacka löken och rör ihop den med fraiche, cayenne, curry, salt och peppar.
Lägg i den färdigstekta kycklingen i curryröran.
Servera med pasta och majs.
Löjligt enkelt men riktigt gott!
