Jag tror jag "valde" sommarens sÀmsta dag för att ha huvudvÀrk pÄ! Vilken vÀrme det varit idag, jag Àr helt slut! Men igÄr fanns det lite mer energi och dÄ bjöd jag mina nÀra och kÀra pÄ blÄbÀrspaj. Som mÄnga av er kanske förstÄtt tycker jag om att Àndra och förnya recept.
Denna gÄng utgick jag frÄn det otroligt smaskiga receptet pÄ ananaspaj (som Àr riktigt god den med!), bytte ut och la till lite, vips hade vi en smaskig blÄbÀrspaj framför oss!
Pajskal:
150 gram smör
3 dl mjöl
1 dl socker
2 tsk bakpulver
Fyllning:
2 dl cream fraiche
œ dl socker
2 tsk vaniljsocker
1 msk potatismjöl
2 Àgg
ca 2 dl blÄbÀr
SmÀlt smöret i en kastrull pÄ spisen, rör sedan i socker, mjöl och bakpulver. Tryck ut i en pajform.
Har du frysta bÀr, lÄt dom fÄ stÄ framme en stund sÄ de hinner tina. Blanda dem med potatismjölet. Rör ihop fraiche, socker, vaniljsocker och Àggen. VÀnd sist i blÄbÀren och rör försiktigt om. Allt skall blandas men blÄbÀren skall vara hela.
GrÀdda i ca 20 minuter pÄ 200 grader. Servera en klick vaniljglass till.
