Jag tror jag "valde" sommarens sämsta dag för att ha huvudvärk på! Vilken värme det varit idag, jag är helt slut! Men igår fanns det lite mer energi och då bjöd jag mina nära och kära på blåbärspaj. Som många av er kanske förstått tycker jag om att ändra och förnya recept.
Denna gång utgick jag från det otroligt smaskiga receptet på ananaspaj (som är riktigt god den med!), bytte ut och la till lite, vips hade vi en smaskig blåbärspaj framför oss!
Pajskal:
150 gram smör
3 dl mjöl
1 dl socker
2 tsk bakpulver
Fyllning:
2 dl cream fraiche
½ dl socker
2 tsk vaniljsocker
1 msk potatismjöl
2 ägg
ca 2 dl blåbär
Smält smöret i en kastrull på spisen, rör sedan i socker, mjöl och bakpulver. Tryck ut i en pajform.
Har du frysta bär, låt dom få stå framme en stund så de hinner tina. Blanda dem med potatismjölet. Rör ihop fraiche, socker, vaniljsocker och äggen. Vänd sist i blåbären och rör försiktigt om. Allt skall blandas men blåbären skall vara hela.
Grädda i ca 20 minuter på 200 grader. Servera en klick vaniljglass till.

Jag har precis hennat mitt hår med rödbrun/kastanj! Ska göra en omgång till imorgon så det sitter! Otrolig skillnad jämfört med vanlig färg/toning!
